Birthdays celebration for Becky

Collage by Nancy

Birthdays especially the ones that hit a decade are nice to celebrate.

Last week we were rained out with rain and high winds, but we rescheduled for today even though there were showers predicted.

Daughter Nancy made the reservations in Old Sacramento at the Delta King, a boat converted into a restaurant.

Niece Connie drove over from a near by city, and daughter Becky and I drove south while Nancy drove North so we could all meet in Old Sacramento.

There were many quaint shops to explore which we did after a delightful lunch.

I got a hair cut and a permanent wave for the occasion.  I thought you might enjoy a couple of the photos that Nancy took on her smart phone.

Thank you Nancy for arranging this celebration!

Robert was worried about the weather, but all in all it was perfect day, including light traffic most of the way, for just us girls outing.
